Policy
Hey there! We want you to love everything you buy from Heirloom Pantry Prints llc. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date (or your in-store purchase date).
The Basics:

Items need to be in their original, unused condition.

You’ll need to show your receipt or order confirmation.

We can’t accept returns on items that looks used, damaged, or abused after you got it.

Discounted items (including sales and clearance) and items bought with gift cards can’t be returned for a cash refund — we’ll only give store credit if approved.

Shipping costs aren’t refundable.
Custom Items & Recipe Cards – Final Sale:
Custom orders and recipe cards are final sale — no returns or refunds. Once we start making your custom item or once recipe cards (digital or physical) are sent out, that’s it. These have our special designs and personal touches, so please double-check the description, previews, and customization details before you order.
If you run into any technical issues with a digital recipe card download, just shoot us a message within 48 hours and we’ll help you out right away.
If Something’s Wrong:
If your item shows up damaged, broken, or not what we described, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Contact us within 7 days with a couple photos and we’ll take care of it with a refund, exchange, or replacement, no extra hassle.
How to Make a Return:

Reach out to us first (email or contact form) with your order number and why you’re returning it.

If your return meets our criteria, we’ll send you the return instructions (including where to ship it). You’ll cover the return shipping unless it’s our mistake.

Once we get it and check it over, we’ll process your refund or store credit in 5–10 business days.
We can’t accept returns that haven’t been pre-approved.
